This is a funny video of Sacha Baron Cohen spilling ashes over the E! channel Red Carpet host Ryan Seacrest at the Academy Awards while posing as the dictator from his upcoming movie “The Dictator”. Ryan was shocked and embarrassed with all the white stuff on his tuxedo. But then Cohen continued with another joke as the security escorted him away and said “If someone asks what you are wearing, say Kim Jong-Il”. Prior to that, when Ryan asked Cohen aka the Dictator as to what he is wearing he joked that he is wearing John Galliano, and added that his socks were just from K-Mart. Then when Seacrest asked him which part of K-Mart did he get the shocks from, Cohen explained “As Sadaam Hussein once said to me, ‘Socks are socks, don’t waste money.’”
